Observation of the child in the classroom

Ever wsh you could be a fly on the wall in your child's classroom? I can be that fly!

Before meeting with your child in person, I will arrange with your child's teacher to observe a lesson during the day. (I will usually be introduced to the class as "a visitor", and will sit in the back of the class.) I will observe quantifiable behaviors such as number of times your child engages in certain behaviors, such as: rises from his or her seat, fidgets with objects, volunteers an answer, shouts out without permission, looks away from the teacher ,compared to another "average" child.

I can report on the general atmosphere of the class, the teaching style of the teacher, and the social dynamic in the classroom and breaktime.

In short, everything you always wanted to know about your child's day, from an objective perspective.
